Our Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are easy! If you are in the U.S., you can start a return within 30 days of your purchase by chatting with us online or emailing us at hello@pandereshoes.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send the return instructions. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
Return Authorization & Shipping
Before shipping any return, customers must request a return authorization (RMA) by chatting with us online or emailing hello@pandereshoes.com. After shipping the return, customers must provide the tracking number so it can be added to the RMA.
Returns are accepted if shoes are unworn and soles show no outdoor wear, scuffs, or stains. Light indoor try-ons are fine.
For orders placed on or after January 5, 2026, customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping and sending the package via UPS or USPS. Please do not use FedEx, as FedEx deliveries cannot be accepted at our warehouse. Returns sent without an RMA, without tracking, or via FedEx may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always welcome. We provide free shipping on exchange orders so you can receive your replacement pair without additional shipping costs. Many of our customers have unique fitting needs, and sometimes it takes more than one try to get the right fit.
Before exchanging, we encourage you to provide foot measurements so we can help recommend the best size or style. If you’d like sizing assistance, click here.
Final Clearance Items
Final Clearance items are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded. This policy is clearly stated at the top of the product description for all Final Clearance items.
Fees
If you choose to exchange or receive a store credit, no fees are deducted, and you receive the full purchase amount as credit.
If you request a refund, a $9 per pair return fee is deducted to cover return processing. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
We encourage customers to reach out for sizing help before purchasing. This reduces excessive returns and helps minimize environmental impact from unnecessary shipping.
Condition of Shoes
Shoes must be unworn, in undamaged condition, and returned in the original box. To avoid scuffing or scratching, we recommend trying shoes on carpet. Please remove any dust or debris by wiping the soles before returning. Shoes that show signs of wear or damage cannot be refunded.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, socks/hosiery, and accessories are not refundable.
Canada & International Returns
Please be aware of applicable duty and tax rates before purchasing. We strongly recommend non-U.S. customers provide foot measurements before buying—our Fit Specialists are happy to assist.
Non-U.S. customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.
