Returns
Our Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are easy! If you are in the U.S., you can request a prepaid return label within 30 days of your purchase by chatting with us online or emailing us at hello@pandereshoes.com. Shoes must be dropped off within 14 days of the label being issued. Labels are voided after 14 days.
Return labels are emailed to you. If you need us to mail you a return label, just ask—we’re happy to do it! If you are in the U.S., please do not ship shoes back to our warehouse without requesting a label from us. If you ship on your own, the shoes may not be refundable if the package is lost, sent to the wrong address, or you do not have a tracking number.
Exchanges are Always Free
Exchanges are a great deal! We cover shipping both ways for all exchanges. Many of our customers have unique fitting needs, and we know that sometimes it takes more than one try. Final Clearance Items
Final Clearance items are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded. This policy is clearly stated at the top of the product description for all Final Clearance items.
Fees
If you choose to exchange or receive a store credit, no fees are deducted, and you receive the full purchase amount as credit. If you require a refund, a $9 per pair return fee is deducted. This covers part of the warehouse handling and restocking costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage customers to reach out for sizing help before purchasing. This reduces excessive returns and helps minimize environmental impact from unnecessary shipping.
Condition of Shoes
Shoes must be unworn, in undamaged condition, and returned in the original box. To avoid scuffing or scratching, we recommend trying shoes on carpet. Please remove any dust or debris by wiping the soles before returning. Shoes that show signs of wear or damage cannot be refunded.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, socks/hosiery, and accessories are not refundable.
Canada & International Returns
We now ship to Canada! Please be aware of applicable duty and tax rates before purchasing. We strongly recommend non-U.S. customers provide foot measurements before buying—our Fit Specialists are happy to assist.
Non-U.S. customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.
