Exchanges are always free. We pay shipping in both directions for all returns in the US - Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds. No fees or deductions are taken on Exchanges. We apply credit immediately on exchanges and ship exchange out next business day.
No processing fees are deducted from store credit. Store credit does not expire. If for any reason you hare having trouble applying store credit, please chat with us to fix any issues.
If you need a refund to your original payment method, there's a small $9 processing fee per pair returned. To our new customers, we warmly invite you to chat with us before making a purchase. Let us assist you in finding your size – it's the best way to ensure a great fit!
Our Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are easy! If you are in the US, you can get a prepaid return label within 30 days of your purchase by either chatting with us online or emailing us at email@example.com. Shoes must be dropped off within 14 days of the label being issued. Labels are voided after 14 days.
Return labels are emailed to you. If you need us to snail mail you a return label, just ask. We’re happy to do it!
If you are in the US, please do not ship shoes back to our warehouse without getting a label from us. If you ship on your own, the shoes may or may not be refundable if: the package is lost, sent to the wrong address, or you do not have a tracking number.
Exchanges are always Free
Exchanges are a great deal. We pay shipping in both directions for all exchanges. We do this because many of our customers are hard to fit and we know that sometimes it takes more than one try. We prefer to have your foot measurements before you exchange because it helps us get an idea of foot shape and we can make pretty good predictions about what size and styles will work best for you. If you choose to exchange, or receive a store credit, no fees are deducted. Your full purchase amount is credited back to you. We are unable to refund original shipping costs.
If you require a refund, we deduct $9 for each pair that is returned. Exchanges and Store Credits have $0 deductions. These fees cover a portion of the warehouse handling and restocking costs. These fees are also intended to incentivize customers to talk to us or get sized by Pandere before buying. This reduces excessive shipping back and forth. We want to reduce our contribution to global emissions that are caused by excessive shipping. We are not able to refund shipping costs from original purchase when items are refunded.
Condition of shoes
Shoes should be returned unworn, in undamaged condition, and in the original box. To avoid scuffing or scratching, we recommend that you try your new shoes on carpet. Please remove any dust or debris by wiping the bottoms of the shoes before returning. Shoes that are worn or damaged cannot be refunded.
Non refundable items
Gift cards, socks/hosiery, and accessories are not refundable.
CANADA and NON US Returns
We have recently opened up sales to Canada. Please be aware of Canada’s duty and tax rates. We strongly encourage non US customers to provide foot measurements to a Fit Specialist on chat or email before purchasing. Providing measurements is strongly advised. Email or chat with us to learn what measurements to provide.
We are happy to take shoes back from Canadian customers, but non US customers are responsible for return shipping costs and providing us with a tracking number.
